RULES
»My signature and website may NEVER be cropped out (you can ask me special permission if you need to).

»Don't rush me to finish the art. It might take me awhile, I'm actually kind of slow so don't be surprised if it takes me a month or so to complete it. Just stick by and talk to me, the more you talk to me, chances are I'll get it done sooner. ^_~

»Speak with proper grammar.

»Don't STEAL my art, Don't CLAIM IT AS YOUR OWN, Credit Me!!!

»I reserve the right to use the image for portfolio and advertising purposes. I will credit the creator for the character. Commercial use of these commissions is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! If you want it for commercial use, let me know and we can talk about it. I will also post these on deviantart, so if you have a deviantart account, please let me know what it is so I can link you in the description.

»I have the right to cancel a commission or in the rare case I can not complete a request I will give a full refund.

»IMPORTANT: When paying with PayPal, please select the 'Gift' option when sending me payment. This is VERY IMPORTANT, because otherwise PayPal will take out a transaction fee. If you don't, I will have to ask that you pay the difference.

FAQ
Q: Do you do art trades?
A: Yep! But I'm pretty picky so please don't be offended if I say no.

Q: How long will it take you to do my order?
A: Depends on how my schedule. Deadlines are not preferred but if there is one please let me know way ahead of time so I can work it out so that I have it completed before the deadline.

Q: Can I make a major change to my order?
A: Not after I've shown you a watermarked sketch. Minimal changes only, such as minor positioning/size changes will be accepted.

Q: Will you do fan art?
A: Tell me which fan art and we'll see.

Q: I sent you reference images. Does that help?
A: Sure but don't send too many, just try to get your point across in a most simplistic way possible. What helps is an a description of their personality or a character sheet.

Q: Do you ship original art?
A: Yes, if the request is traditional art but comes at extra postage. A digital print can be sent but will also cost to print and send.

- Avatars (I have the right to take things off as I please)

Before requesting, please note that I WILL NOT draw:
- hentai
- yaoi/yuri
- extreme gore/violence
- lots of buildings/architecture
- extreme mechanical things/mecha
- anything I feel uncomfortable with
- overloaded avatars
- fully realistic people

I have the right to refuse to do a request for reasons that are not listed above!

Prices(All prices are in US dollars)
Prices vary depending on the complexity and difficulty of the request and the amount of detail in the piece. All prices are in US dollars only. These are starting prices and are subject to change.
- chibi(Bust): $5+
- chibi(Full Body): $10+
- pencil sketch art: $10+
- pencil drawing art (includes shading and basic background): $20+
- inked line art: $35+
- CG (I can do semi-realistic but I prefer my style until I improve): $50+
cell-shading (Hard or Soft but soft preferred): $50+
painting: $60+
- Extra characters: Multiply price given by number of characters (ex: $5(given price) x 2(characters) = $10 total)


Payment?
I currently only accept payments through PayPal. If you really want a commission but do not have a PayPal then let me know and we can work things out. You will pay me everything first, after I confirm then I'll send you a finished sketch. After everything is agreed upon I will outline and color the art. After I confirm again then I'll I send you the finished picture. Trust is everything people! If you trust me, I'll trust you.



How I do commissions:
1) You tell me what you want. Lots of detail are best but references and any picture aids will increase the chances of you liking your commission more and make it easier on me.
2) I will tell you how much it'll cost based on my time and complexity of your request.
3) You will send the full agreed payment. When I confirm it's there then I will sketch your picture and send it to you for conformation.
4) Once you see the sketch image and verify it's what you want I will flesh it out and complete it. Then I'll let you know when I complete it.
5) After I finalize it I will ask you to verify for last minute changes and then transfer the picture to you and it will be all yours.
6) After that, if there are any small changes that you want made, I'll gladly change them. I will not make drastic changes like add another person or redraw the clothes.

Side note:
Completion of the commission will vary on my time and my moods. Some days I may multi-task and get a lot done, other times I may only get one. I will promise to get all of them done to the best of my abilities. Deadlines are not preferred but if there must be one let me know ahead of time so I can work things out or not.

Feel free to reproduce my commissions for personal use but DO NOT sell any part of them or distribute/showcase them online without my permission. The copyrights for the artwork belong to me. The characters and ideas requested, of course, belong to their creators. All commissioned art is for personal use ONLY.

All of my commissions will normally 300 DPI and will be 8.5" x 11"(inches)(unless otherwise requested) and will be available electronically. Once completed, I will send a high resolution .jpeg of the commission to the same e-mail address from which the request came. Depending on file size, I may "zip" the file using WinZip. If requested, I can send originals (.psd) if you explain what it's for (I'm still learning and would like to know what my art is used for). Any more questions? Feel free to e-mail me!
